Privacy policy

Effective October 9, 2026. This policy describes Xfinity Bill Automation, a personal application operated by the owner of stockholmstyle.men.

Access and use

The application requests Gmail read-only and send permissions. The read-only permission technically permits reading mailbox content; the application's workflow searches for Xfinity bill notifications and checks Sent mail to reconcile delivery. Send access is used to email statement PDFs to recipients configured by the owner and to send explicitly requested test messages to the owner.

The application uses an authenticated Xfinity browser session to download bills. Statements can contain personal account and billing information. They are used only for the owner's bill-record and expense-receipt workflow.

Storage and sharing

OAuth tokens, browser session data, downloaded PDFs, and delivery records are stored locally on the owner's Mac. Optional login credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. Local files may also be covered by the owner's backup or sync settings. Statement attachments are sent through Gmail to the owner's designated recipients and are then subject to those recipients' email retention practices. Google and Xfinity process requests through their respective services.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Xfinity Bill Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control

Local statements and records remain until the owner deletes them; there is no automatic retention deadline. The owner can stop the scheduled application, revoke access in Google Account settings, and delete local tokens, browser sessions, statements, and records. Revoking access does not delete existing files or copies of messages already delivered.
